Instructions: Enter your Order Number and Email to initiate the request. Once approved, the specific return address and detailed shipping instructions will be automatically generated and provided to you within the portal.
2. Return Eligibility (Unopened Items) You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund or exchange.

Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the seal intact.

Exclusions: Due to health and hygiene regulations for medical-grade contact lenses, we cannot accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges for non-quality related returns.
3. Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via the Return Center if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
4. Defective or Wrong Items If you detect a manufacturing defect (e.g., ripped or shriveled lenses) within 14 days of receipt, please submit a claim through our Return Center with clear photos of the items and original packaging. Do not discard the items until the issue is resolved.
5. Non-Refundable Scenarios We do not offer refunds/replacements if:
