2. Delivery Estimates & Costs

We offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $35. For orders under $35, a flat shipping fee of $5.99 applies.

3. Order Processing & Tracking

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Tracking Update: Tracking information will be updated within 24-48 hours after the parcel has been picked up by the carrier.

  • Notification: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link as soon as it becomes available.

4. Correcting Information

Accuracy is key to timely delivery.

  • 2-Hour Window: If you notice an error in your shipping address, name, or contact info, please email service@tinaconeye.com within 2 hours of payment.

  • Post-Shipment: We cannot redirect or modify an address once the parcel has been processed and shipped.

  • Liability: Tinacon is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Missing Parcels

If your tracking information shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately. We will work with the carrier to investigate.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that the prices on our website do not include local customs duties or import taxes.

  • These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs fees are non-refundable as they are paid directly to your local authorities.
